our 10 year warranty

E-KRETETM, SKID-PROTM & PERMASTRIPETM WARRANTY: PolyCon warrants that the material is free from manufacturing defects, for a period of 10 years from the time of placement of the E-KreteTM products. This warranty covers peeling, or delamination of the materials from the surface to which it is applied. This warranty does not include Acts of God, damage to the products caused by others, normal wear, or factors outside the control of PolyCon. The products are intended as a protective waterproof, non-skid membrane and do not lend structural integrity to the surface to which they are applied. Acoordingly, this warranty does not cover structural failure of the base material, or cracking caused by the base material.
